Terms of Service

By accessing or using the services provided by Pro Estimations ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all clients, visitors, and others who access or use our construction estimating services, including but not limited to cost estimation, quantity takeoffs, 2D/3D visualization, and architectural drawings.

Pro Estimations provides construction cost estimating services including:

• Full General Contractor (GC) Estimates
• Single Trade Takeoffs (Roofing, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, etc.)
• 2D Floor Plans and 3D Visualization Renderings
• Architectural and Engineering Drawings

Payment is due prior to delivery of estimates. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other methods agreed upon in writing. Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change based on project complexity. Rush fees may apply for expedited delivery.

All estimates, takeoffs, and documents produced by Pro Estimations are for your exclusive use on the specified project. You may not resell, redistribute, or use our work for projects other than the one specified without written consent. Our methodologies and processes remain our intellectual property.

We treat all project plans, documents, and business information you share with us as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit written consent.

Pro Estimations' liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our estimates, including but not limited to lost profits or project losses.
